We want to send you our wishes for a Happy & Healthy New Year! This time of year often brings about introspection for many of us. We reflect back and evaluate our previous year and we often set our intentions for the year to come. We want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of our lives and our community!

We feel so grateful that we have so many clients who we call our friends, so many friends that have truly become our family….and family so great that we would be friends, even if we weren’t related!

This Fall, Gretchen celebrated her 2-year anniversary as our Office Manager and it is so wonderful for us to have an office that feels like our second home.

Our 2016 Year in Review

We had a great 2016 and thought it would be fun to share some of it’s highlights. These five posts were either our favorites to write or your favorites to read—the ones that you talked about the most. We love to hear feedback from you and it’s always fun when you comment or tell us what you think when we see you at the office!

If you missed any of these posts from 2016, you can check them out now:

Our Look Ahead to 2017

We also have some fun things in the works for 2017! By now you’ve probably heard us mention our upcoming Eating Clean in ’17 Cleanse and there is still time to join us before we begin on January 10th. If you are ready to make the dietary & lifestyle changes that you know you need to make, please consider joining us in our fun and supportive group program!

As some of you also know, Roy & I have FINALLY entered the world of social media and recently created our business Facebook page for Mindful Family Medicine. If you’d like to, you can now follow us on Facebook as well.

Our newest project has been filming informational videos—and we are having a blast! We are calling our first video series House Calls with Dr. Roy and we are offering quick tips on common health related topics. So far we have taped two videos: the first on Tips for Treating the “Tummy Bug” and the second one on “Tips for Putting Eye Drops into Children’s Eyes”.  We are working on the third video now, which will be a 3-part series on Treating the Flu. We posted the first video to our Facebook page and we were blown away when over 1000 people viewed it in less than 24-hours! You will be hearing more about this in the upcoming months. If you take a peek, please let us know what you think…and if there are any topics you would like for us to address!

Speaking of videos, this past July Debbie was interviewed for a documentary on thyroid disease. This 9-part series by Thyroid Pharmacist, Izabella Wentz, will be released in March of 2017. We will be sending you more information in the upcoming weeks so that you will not miss out on this life-changing information (and can view Debbie’s first on-camera experience. eeekkk!!)

If you’ve made it this far, thank you so much for taking the time to read! Again, we are so grateful to have you in our community and we look forward to a great 2017 together!

Yours in Health,
Debbie & Roy Steinbock
