Mindful Nutrition

The emphasis of Mindful Nutrition is to discover what works best for you. One diet could not possibly be right for everyone. Because every person is different, every person’s diet must be individualized to meet his or her unique needs.

First, we will review your health concerns, eating habits, lifestyle, and personal goals. Together, we will work to make gradual dietary and lifestyle changes that take into account your individuality — your health concerns, your lifestyle, your background, your energy level, your metabolism, your cravings, your feelings about your body, and the foods that you enjoy eating.

We work with individuals with many different health concerns, including the following:

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) such as Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, Celiac Disease, Reflux (GERD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Constipation, Diarrhea

We work with clients all around the globe!

All nutrition consultations are done by telephone. Offering phone consultations has allowed us to work with people in places around the world that we would have been unable to assist years before. All of our local clients have transitioned to phone consultations for their convenience and ease of scheduling.

Phone consultations work very similarly to in-office consultations, except that we “meet” over the phone! We call you at your scheduled appointment time and then email your “Health Consultation Recommendations” at the close of our call.

Wherever you live, you are able to receive the feedback, guidance, and support you need to make changes in your life and health.

Phone consultations help you accomplish your goals at a time and place that’s most convenient for you. These sessions are ideal for:

Busy professionals

People who frequently travel for work

New parents

Moms at home with young children

Clients who simply feel more comfortable talking about the intimate nature of their health in the privacy of their own home
