While a significant aspect of nutrition revolves around the foods we consume, Debbie’s approach extends beyond that. Just as we prioritize nourishing our bodies with wholesome foods, it’s equally important to nurture ourselves with the things that contribute to balance and wholeness.

This includes relaxation, exercise, meaningful connections, time spent in nature, and regulating our nervous system — all essential components of true health.

It was through Debbie’s own health journey that she first learned the importance of taking an active role in the healing process. As a result, Debbie brings a uniquely personal perspective to her work, drawing insights from her own experiences.

Debbie’s passion is working with individuals with challenging and chronic conditions. Having navigated that road herself, she understands the importance of being supported along the journey. She invites her clients to learn to listen to their bodies and discover how to best respond.
