Debbie’s Approach

“True nourishment involves more than the food on our plates. We must also address the things that ‘feed’ our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.”

Debbie Steinbock, HHC
Mindful Nutrition

Nourishing the Whole Person

While a significant aspect of nutrition revolves around the foods we consume, Debbie’s approach extends beyond that. Just as we prioritize nourishing our bodies with wholesome foods, it’s equally important to nurture ourselves with the things that contribute to balance and wholeness.

This includes relaxation, exercise, meaningful connections, time spent in nature, and regulating our nervous system — all essential components of true health.

Building Resilience

Debbie’s approach is both mindful and personalized, considering the entirety of the individual. She helps guide her clients along a path that not only preserves their innate wellness but also addresses their specific health concerns.

  • For some, this includes developing a plan to improve their current state of health and eliminate dis-ease
  • For others, it involves discovering methods to sustain well-being and prevent future health concerns
  • In every case, her goal is to assist her clients in fortifying their resilience

Resilience in health refers to the process of developing and strengthening the ability to adapt, bounce back, and maintain well-being in the face of life’s challenges, stressors, and setbacks. When you feel good, you can approach each day with more energy, passion and excitement.

Personalized Support

It was through Debbie’s own health journey that she first learned the importance of taking an active role in the healing process. As a result, Debbie brings a uniquely personal perspective to her work, drawing insights from her own experiences.

Debbie’s passion is working with individuals with challenging and chronic conditions. Having navigated that road herself, she understands the importance of being supported along the journey. She invites her clients to learn to listen to their bodies and discover how to best respond.
