All Mindful Nutrition sessions with Debbie are conducted virtually. Providing virtual consultations enables us to collaborate with clients in places around the world that we would have been unable to assist in years before.

Whether you are a busy professional who travels for work, a parent of young children, or someone who simply feels more comfortable talking about their health in the privacy of their home, virtual consultations allow you to accomplish your goals at a time and place that’s most convenient.

New Client Consultation

60 minutes $175 | 90 minutes $260

Debbie offers either a 60 minute or 90 minute New Client Initial Consultation. For clients dealing with more complex or chronic health challenges we encourage the 90 minute option, which ensures ample time for a thorough and comprehensive discussion.

During this first appointment, Debbie will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your dietary habits and compile a detailed health history. This allows us to identify your current health concerns and establish clear objectives for your short and long term goals. Understanding what you are hoping to achieve from our work together helps guide our collaborative efforts.

Follow Up Single Session

50 minutes $145

Follow up sessions provide an opportunity for more in-depth exploration that can truly transform your health. During these subsequent sessions, we will have the time to talk through your ongoing challenges and create personalized strategies. We will build a step-by-step plan that includes nutrition and lifestyle interventions, as well as possible supplementation and laboratory testing suggestions. Debbie aims to be your partner on your journey to wellness—supporting you through the discomfort of the ups and downs and celebrating your achievements and progress.

Follow Up Session Packages

3 sessions $390 (save $45)*

Debbie offers multi-session packages at reduced rates to assist her clients in achieving and sustaining their health goals. Whether you are looking for support to overcome a GI condition like SIBO or ulcerative colitis, help implementing a special diet like gluten or dairy free, or inspiration to feed and nourish yourself or your family, ongoing sessions offer consistent support and personalized guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Mindful Nutrition is not in-network or out-of-network with any insurance. However, many of our clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Medical Savings Account (MSA) account to pay for our services. After each session, we post a receipt to your client portal account showing payment for your nutrition services.

Do packages expire?

Discounted session packages are non-refundable and expire 1 year from purchase date.

Will you review my lab work?

If you have any labs that you would like Debbie to review, please go to the Messages section of the client portal and compose a message to Debbie and attach your labs. You must first register your portal account to do this and labs must be uploaded in PDF format. Please limit this to 15 pages.

What if I have questions between sessions?

If you a clarifying questions from your previous session, feel free to send Debbie a message through the client portal and she will answer it at no charge. While we believe that lengthier discussions should take place within the context of a session, long emails are billed based on our hourly rates. Typically for Debbie 15 minutes is $45 or 25 minutes is $75.

Can more than one person join our video meeting?

Yes, however, Debbie’s platform does not support group video conferencing. Only one device can join Debbie using the video link, so all people attending the meeting must be together

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please message Debbie through the client portal or call 303.938.1468. Our office has a 48-hr (2 business day) cancellation policy. Any cancellations or scheduling changes made with less than the required notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
