New Clients
Thank you for your interest in Mindful Pediatrics and working with Dr. Roy! Our online calendar below will allow you to create a client portal account and schedule your new client appointment.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING TIPS TO ENSURE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED CORRECTLY!
Forms. Please give yourself 10-15 minutes to fill out the new client forms, which must be completed before you can finalize booking your appointment.
Payment. New client appointments are charged in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time. Please see “Commonly Asked Questions” on the Financial Policy page for full details.
Choose appointment length (60 minute or 80 minute) and appointment type (IN PERSON or VIDEO).
> For Colorado clients choose either:
- 60 min – New (IN PERSON) or 60 min – New (VIDEO OR DISTANCE CONSULTATION)
- 80 min – New Extended (IN PERSON) is for clients dealing with more complex or chronic health challenges such as PANDAS, OCD, anxiety, autism and ADHD. This ensures ample time for a thorough and comprehensive evaluation.
> For out-of-state clients choose:
- 60 min – New (VIDEO OR DISTANCE CONSULTATION)
Select appointment date & time. IMPORTANT: this calendar below displays times in Mountain Time only, so please make note of your appointment time in your time zone if it differs. When using your cell phone, please view the calendar in landscape (horizontal) mode to see all available appointments. If you cannot find an appointment slot that works well for you, please email us. We sometimes have more control of booking times than our clients have access to.
When asked: “Are you an existing patient?” please select NO.
Technical difficulties. Most of the error messages that prevent someone from booking are because one of the required fields with an asterisk (*) has not been completed.
Complete your portal account registration. Please look for an email invitation from Charm and complete your portal account registration. Record your login information in a safe place because you will need it to access your visit summary and any additional resources after our sessions.
Appointment confirmation. You will receive an automated appointment confirmation via email. Please confirm that your appointment has been booked and everything looks correct.
Upload labs. If you have labs you would like Dr. Roy to review, you can upload them directly through the Charm client portal by following these instructions. Alternatively, go to the Messages section of the client portal, compose a message to Dr. Roy, and attach your labs. Please note: You must first register your portal account. Labs must be uploaded in PDF format and should be limited to 15 pages.
To cancel or reschedule. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please message Dr. Roy through the client portal or call 303.318.4102. Our office has a 48-hr (2 business day) cancellation policy. Any cancellations or scheduling changes made with less than the required notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
