This was a great program and I feel strong and ready to take on winter! I am always up for a few days of a recharge because the effort is temporary, but of course, some of the habits stick for a while longer: food planning and prep, making the immune tonics, using mouthwash, etc.

I really enjoyed the Recharge. I had to stop myself from drinking the entire jar of elderberry syrup. I loved the licorice root and olive mint teas and I might be addicted to the rice pudding! My friend and I teamed up with a bunch of the recipes. That worked beautifully so we were able to share the shopping and cooking and exchange food which enabled us to sample/eat more of the recipes. It saved time but was also very productive and a lot of fun to collaborate. I also love my new essential oil diffuser!

We liked all the food that we tried, but the soups were the most notable. Maybe it was because we had never made pureed soup before, and only eaten it at restaurants or out of a can! It was also so tasty and filling, healthy of course, that I will never look at soups again in the same way!

After the 3rd day on the program, I lost the weight I had recently gained, and my pants were loose fitting.

Thank you so much for the program. Overall, it was a big win! Ironically, I had bought all the ingredients and had set my start date and that day our family tested positive for COVID! Thank you for another excellent program. Having all the recipes spelled out for each day gave me the structure I didn’t realize I needed.  Before, I framed it more around what I was avoiding, and I would think about the foods I couldn’t eat.

I PARTICIPATED IN THE MINI REBOOT. HOW DIFFERENT IS THIS PROGRAM?

Although there will be a few elements from the Mini Reboot discussed in this program, the Immune Recharge is a totally unique program! The Immune Toolkit and the Immune Tonics and daily meals in this program are new and seasonally-appropriate for the colder, winter months.

What makes this different from other programs?

Our programs take a whole-body approach—enabling you to see and feel results quickly, while also creating a lasting transformation.

Many participants have told us that our programs helped them to re-establish a healthy relationship with addictive foods (such as caffeine, sugar, & alcohol) and develop a more mindful way of eating that honors their body and their needs more fully. For many, our program enabled them to make changes that they carried forward, well beyond their participation in the program.

WHAT KINDS OF FOODS WILL I BE EATING?

This program is plant-based with additional omnivore options to best serve everyone’s dietary needs. You will receive plenty of information and recipes to create the program that works best for your body. All recipes are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.

ARE THERE SUPPLEMENTS TO TAKE?

No, this is a food-based program and there are no supplements to take. All food and supplies can be purchased at your local health food store or supermarket.

WILL I BE HUNGRY?

You are encouraged to eat whenever you are truly hungry and there are no calorie restrictions. You can customize your program to include the foods that are best for you. You will receive recipes that include a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, gluten-free grains, some legumes, some animal proteins, and healing tonic beverages.

CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM IF I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

Yes, adopting an unprocessed whole foods diet is a wonderful diet for both mom and developing baby! The goal of this program is not calorie restriction, so please eat adequate amounts of high-quality foods—good fats, ample protein, vegetable starches, and whole grains carbohydrates.

CAN I CONTINUE FOR LONGER THAN 4 DAYS?

The Immune Recharge is designed to be 4 days; however, you can always continue for longer. In addition, you can also book a session with Debbie to help customize your program, if you’d like.

WHAT IF I DON'T COOK?

You don’t need to be a good cook to succeed with this program! You will need to plan to spend some time on food shopping and food preparation. This can be done very simply and still be very successful.

IS 4 DAYS ENOUGH TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY HEALTH?

Yes! Please see “What Program Participants Are Saying” and read others success stories. While the foundation of this program is diet, we will also address other important aspects of health including stress, relaxation and self-care. All of these things are interrelated in the big picture of health. If you continue to implement these principles and practices regularly, you can feel healthier for the weeks and months to come!

WILL I RECEIVE INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT AS A PROGRAM PARTICIPANT?

Participants should not expect to receive individualized support for specific health concerns. Our intention is to provide general guidance on the dietary and lifestyle content of the program. Occasionally the need arises for more individualized support, and program participants are welcome to schedule a one-on-one session with Debbie.

HOW LONG CAN I ACCESS THE MATERIALS?

The Immune Recharge program includes access to all course materials for 1-year. We suggest that you download the program materials within the year so that you have access to them forever.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Please do not register unless you are committed to embarking on this program. We cannot offer any refunds due to the digital nature of this program.
