For many of us, our stress has greatly increased while our time for self-care has greatly decreased. The fear of COVID, the demands of home learning, and the daily struggle to balance our own needs with our work and/or parenting responsibilities has left us feeling anxious, depressed, and stressed.
As a result, we may not be eating as well or are struggling to find time for exercise or self-care. We have been asked to decrease our social interactions and many of us are lacking the community, connection and support that we vitally need.
Nearly everyone has experienced an upheaval of their normal routine. As the demands on us become more overwhelming, it’s easy to lose sight of ourselves. Believe me, we get it.

New Offerings Included for 2021
After living ten-months through a pandemic, we can all use some additional support! We’ve called in the assistance of two of our clients, friends and former Reset participants!
- We will be offering our Reset participants Live Online Kaiut Yoga classes, 5 days per week! We love Kaiut Yoga! It integrates the ancient practice of yoga into simple poses to increase mobility, improve circulation, harmonize the body and calm the mind. Poses are easily modified making the practice accessible for all ages and body types.
- We also added an additional webinar called: “Coaching Tips to Make New Habits Stick.” Many people complete their Reset and wonder how they’ll actually maintain their new habits! In this webinar you will learn to solidify your “why” and create a structure that helps you strengthen your new habits.
This additional support is included in the price of registration—and is the “cherry on top” of the simple and delicious recipes, 14-day step-by-step plan, and support and community that the Mindful Reset Program already provides.
